The third is to reasonably reverse the construction period, combine the meteorological information released by the meteorological department to refine the construction, and ensure that the construction task of rural roads is completed according to the contract construction period. Fourth, it is necessary to conscientiously implement the "six systems, one gold, and one table" system, improve the wage payment guarantee system for migrant workers, earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers, and must not deduct the wages of migrant workers for any reason. Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen the credit evaluation of all units participating in the construction, establish and improve the credit reward and punishment mechanism, and positively guide the participating units to promote the construction of rural highways quickly and well.
