Faulty vehicle
At around 17:00 in the afternoon, the vehicle malfunctioned while passing through the Wujiang section. Due to a problem with the fuel supply system, the vehicle broke down in the emergency lane of the Wujiang section. After receiving the alarm, the police officers from the Fourth Squadron of Zunyi Lanhai Expressway Traffic Police quickly arrived at the scene and placed warning signs behind the vehicles.
Multiple parties present for disposal
The vehicle is loaded with explosives, and we dare not take measures hastily, "said the police of the Fourth Squadron, who immediately notified the higher-level department of the situation. Subsequently, units such as Lanhai Brigade, Wujiang Police Station, and Public Security Brigade of Bozhou Public Security Bureau rushed to the scene and, after joint discussion, formulated a plan for rapid transportation in place after traffic control.
Vehicle leaving the site
At around 18:00, the traffic police implemented traffic control within a two kilometer radius of the highway site, and the Public Security Brigade of the Bozhou Public Security Bureau recruited vehicles and professional personnel for transportation. All but the transportation personnel were cleared within 300 meters of the site. After nearly half an hour of tense transportation, all the detonators on the faulty vehicle were transferred to another explosion-proof dangerous transportation truck and quickly drove away, and the on-site traffic resumed normal.
